That’s why once you receive an Original Artwork, Canvas and Photo Paper Print or Limited-Edition Print, I will give you seven (7) days to decide whether you’d like to keep that artwork or return it for a refund. You may return any eligible artwork provided that it is returned in its original condition and packaging.
Original Art, Canvas and Photo Paper Prints, produced locally. From the time you receive your Original Art or Art Print, you have seven (7) days to return your order for a refund.
Step 1 – Please call +61 0754295014 Monday 4 p.m to 6 p.m or Wednesdays 8.30 a.m to 4.30 p.m or email firstname.lastname@example.org within seven (7) days of your merchandise delivery date.
Step 2 – Repackage the print, making sure to include:
• Your order number and contact information
Address the package to:

Step 4 – Ship your return package using a traceable shipping method and email the shipping details (including tracking number) to email@example.com
ShintaraRose Art is not responsible for undelivered returns.
ShintaraRose Art will process your return and the amount owed will be refunded to your original source of payment in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order (minus shipping costs and international customs fees, if any) within 3-7 business days of your merchandise return.

Orders can not be cancelled once shipping has been processed.
